This Sunday I saw an awesome Ad when I was dining out.  It caught my eyes.  Firstly, I thought it was a new movie intro.  In a few second, I discovered it was a BMW Ad.
Therefore I google what agency makes this admirable Ad.
It is kbs+ which means the thematic investment arm of kirshenbaum bond senecal + partners.
Its slogan is "Do things that matter".
I like its slogan a lot because they make their work meaningful.
Moreover, I appreciate that the company also publishes a book named as “Creative Entrepreneurship” to show its ventures.  It backs early-stage entrepreneurs with big ideas in advertising and marketing technology.

Its philosophy is collecting data, pulling marketing, mobile marketing and advertising, and focusing on technology.  Through the philosophy, I know every single staff in kbs+ would be treated equally. No matter a creative, an account, an executive, a technology, a strategy, a media, an administration, a project management, a creative, a production and other positions, all their voice are important to a single project, to kbs+.
